In order to better service our patients, we have free covered parking behind our building, which means that you don’t have to bother looking for parking spaces or paying exorbitant parking/meter fees.
The Institute is a full service Cardiology and Internal Medicine facility, which means that you won’t have to make separate appointments and drive somewhere else for bloodwork, urinalysis, and most tests.
We have extended office hours, which means that you don’t have to take off from work to keep your appointment.
You should bring the following items to your appointment:
- Photo I.D.
- List of prescription meds you are taking.
- List of questions for the doctor.
- Referral authorization (if needed).
- Insurance Card.
So that we can shorten the time our new patients wait to be seen because they must fill out patient information sheets, please download the initial forms here. Have them filled out and signed and bring them with you to the first visit, to avoid delays on arrival.
